Clean room, comfy bed, lots of parking, and near Blockbuster! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Didn’t get to try the outdoor pool or any of the amenities, but hopefully next time.

Very Clean and easy to park. Loved how close it is to parks, the river and places to eat and drink. The staff was really friendly. I'll be coming back next time I visit Bend, Oregon.

Staff was warm, friendly and offered great suggestions for meals. Room was clean. We were surprised by the smallness of the California king bed, but it was comfortable. Bend is a lovely, dynamic town however we did not expect to stay there so our reservation was very last minute on a Saturday night. Maybe that is why we were charged $427.65? At that rate you expect better.

I love that we could check in before 4 PM. The front reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. On the negative… I was deeply disappointed that the pool maintenance person over saturated the pool the night before with an unsafe amount of chlorine. On the positive side, the gal who was monitoring it was top-shelf and making sure that the levels were safe before people were allowed to enter it.

Good location. Clean. Spacious Room. Nice firm bed. Not enough bed covers, we wondered what happened to the comforter, the comforter was a white sheet with a thin blanket in between. It was not enough covering so we were cold during the night. Also, in the morning housekeeping started knocking on our door before checkout time and a man actually entered our hotel room after the first housekeeper stopped by thinking we were out before we checked out! It felt very intrusive.

The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. One downside for my stay is either the city failed to mention to the hotel or the hotel didn't mention they would be doing overnight paving on the road right behind the rooms. They were ripping asphalt out and pounding the ground till at least 1am that night. I didn't get barely any sleep that night before I had to be up at 4am. It has nothing to do with the hotel staff or the room though. Just unfortunate circumstances that I wish I could have avoided
