Clean Room, great views, pool, close to restaurants..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was a little warm so I asked to be moved. I was told that the AC actually turns off after no motion or activity in the room. Not sure how true that is. But it was unusually humid and sticky in the room. I did not get a good nights rest for the three nights I was there. The property itself is a little outdated, but that I’m sure leads to the charm. I do feel like pictures online should reflect the true character of the hotel. I don’t believe there was enough picture. Had I seen more, I probably would not have chosen this hotel. Smelled a little old as well. I’m sure someone else would love it, but it was not for me.

The hotel was beautiful kid friendly and very clean, only problem was I had asked for towels several days in a row and no one brought any to me, I had to keep going done to the front desk to ask and they said they would have them sent up but never came, had to wait for house keeping in the hallway to get some. The restaurant Boathouse was incredible, Caesar salad was very fresh, breakfast was amazing, with a water view of the marina. Beds were comfortable beyond all measure. However they do charge for house coffee in the lobby, this is the first ever I experience this a small room size cup was $4 and large cup 6$, I feel this should as least be complementary. Otherwise would definitely stay again. Was a great experience and a beautiful kid friendly property. Kids loved the pool nice size and right by the room.
