2 elevators available for accessibility inhibited people. they were rather very slow. Couldn't reserve parking in front of the building through Expedia site and ended up having to park 400m away (5 min walk). The dinner buffet on the 6th floor was good however the food selection was average. the breakfast buffet had a full selection and was excellent. The service and spa facilities were very good and the rooms were good size. Overall, we'd come back.

Decent pool, decent sauna, paid but easy parking, helpful staff. Very average room, Good dining space but the food gets emptied real quick as there are too many Guests compared the food that gets refilled

Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic.

Hotel and facilities were great, I loved to poll and the excellent service. I Found only 2 issues, the curtains in the room did not block the sunlight so it was hard to sleep past 6:00am and the shower was a bit small and had some issues with warm and cold water.

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Nur ein paar Schritte und schon ist man am Strand. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings gab es kein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure. Dieses kaufte ich mir dann an der Rezeption.

De skal have bedre styr på deres systemer. Jeg blev afkrævet fukd pris for værelset ved udcheckning selvom jeg havde betalt via Expedia 6 uger før. Den stakkels receptionist kunne ikke gennemskue det, men måtte have fat i en supervisor før jeg fik pengene ført tilbage på mit kort. Ud over det tog en del tid har jeg fået omkostninger i kursdifference ved at føre betaling frem og tilbage.

Personalen var inte serviceinriktade. Man saknade all grundläggande gästfrihet. Ingen hälsade oss välkomna nör vi kom eller frågade hur det funkar för oss. Det var som att man inte fått lära sig grundläggande kunskap i att se människor i ögonenoch få gästerna att känna sig välkomna. När vi checkade ut var man helt tyst. Man frågade inte hur vistelsen varit eller hälsade oss välkomna tillbaka. Personalen kändes som de var anställda för att ta betalt i en tunnelbana.

Rent och fräscht.Fantastisk frukost. Rummet var bekvämt och vi trivdes. Bra dusch och badrum. Men språket är f ortfarande dåligt. Nån måste ju kunna engelska!!! Var vi än kommer i världen är menyerna på flera olika språk. Där måste ni bli bättre
