"Everything about the hotel and the staff is great. My room was very clean and the staff is super nice. I don't have any complaints. This was not my first time staying here, I always stay here by choice. It has always been clean, this time around they remodeled and I like it even more. I know some parts of Shreveport are a little rough, but I give you my word this hotel is in a good area. I assure you it's clean and the staff is kind and accommodating.
