“The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. The backyard is littered and bicycles were strewn on the path. We went to bed at 10 pm. There was a great deal of noise,……

“Communication with the host was excellent, always responded quickly. The room was well appointed and the house looked fairly new. There is a washer/dryer in the suite although there are rules to it's use so you may want to check on this prior to booking. The only negative I can say is that the sound proofing is not very good and it did get noisy at times in the evening although very quiet after 9pm and most of the other times (host and family live upstairs).”

“Todo was awesome at communicating with us. Even before we arrived, You reached out to let us know there might be a problem with the door. He got someone over to unlock the door for us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful house. It was clean and well-kept. Even though we had a few minor issues, You took care of those and insisted on a partial refund. Thank you! We'll be back!”
