We were able to check in early and they offered a room upgrade to a king suite. We did not want to try and park at the waterfront, so we took a cab which only cost $24. Plenty of restaurants in area and easy access to highway toward Peggy's Cove.

We had a fantastic stay there and even booked an extra night. The staff were amazing and super friendly. The room was perfectly clean and updated and the breakfast area and food were very good. Would definitely stay there again!

Pool was freezing. We selected the hotel specifically for the pool and proximity to an appointment. Its located right next to a busy highway in an industrial park. Dogs barking our 2nd night and woke me up at 530am. They barked from 530am -830 am. They started barking again in the afternoon. We called the front desk and told them. She said she would look into it. But there isnt much she can do. Yes you can. We were told at other hotels when travelling with our pets if they were disruptive we would be told to leave. We were alsobtold to not leave them alone. Breakfast is cold cereal toast and bagels. There was lots of repairs being done to the property. It was very clean. Staff were helpful

Good place to stay. It was clean and bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning unit had to be plugged in but then worked in coordination with the wall thermostat (though never cycled off until unplugged again). Breakfast, as with most hotels, is not worth it - walk the little path up a hill of rocky outcroppings and get you some Tim Horton’s. Close to a great Indian restaurant: Dhaba, Casual Fine Dining & Express. Well worth the stay at this location.
