The bed was comfortable but the toilet seat was not clean.

My recent stay at the Laurel Hotel in Danville, VA was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and cleanliness that set the tone for our entire visit. What truly stood out during our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every team member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile and was eager to assist with any questions or requests we had.

I got in town about 3am so check in was really late. They provide a code but NEVER mention that you’ll use the same code to access everything. The instruction indicate you’ll receive a separate code for parking. Also they changed my location at the last minute the unit was still nice but the location was in the middle of a bad area. I saw drug deals happening as I was driving to my unit ( if you know you know) is the area is There were no walkable streets and nothing close by for shopping and coffee. The area may be more of an up and coming are but that is not my preference as my original booking location was in a location more to my liking. And whoever was in the unit above me was loud with a bunch of children stomping over my head. I got NO Sleep. There was also a domestic dispute early Sunday morning
