"The hotel is not a 4 stars, I guess 2. The experience was not good, the hotel canceled our reservation arbitrarily, but we never knew because we were on the route, so when we arrived, the lady at the reception did not want to open the door, finally thanks to the help of a guest, the lady agreed to speak to us. "I booked a family unit with one double bed and two singles only go get there to one bed. The lady we called said we will have to pay extra for every person who will be sleeping in their unit. We had to fight for one more person and ended up looking for another guest house for the other two people yet we paid for the family unit."

"We were greeted warmly by our host. Lots of secure parking, lovely garden and pool. Comfortable room, very clean but maybe a little dated. WiFi was good. Even with load shedding a very nice breakfast was served. The staff were so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I booked based on location and my regular preference of venue being unavailable. I will not book here again. The housekeeping, general attentiveness and facilities leave much to be desired. Check in was an unpleasant experience. No staff ever checked on me throughout my stay or explained any meal options or services. Dirty cups were not even removed from my room for two days. The staff seemed fully focused on their conference guests and completely ignored me as a guest. "

"On arrival, the B&B was closed; no one was forth coming and on enquiry by telephone of the owners, I was informed that they were not there and I would have to ask the booking agent (Hotels.com) for another booking. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the pre-paid booking. Refund me now!"

Maintance needs urgent seeing to
"I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603 However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional. I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring water I would hate to know the wastage water going through this hotel, bever mind the water bill "
