I wish my experience of staying at the K+K hotel was more hands on as to allow me to present a more insightful review. Unfortunately, when my wife and I, who were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, turned up at the hotel after a long delayed journey, we were told that our pre paid room was not available as it was given to another guest. The receptionist was obviously embarrassed and arranged for us to stay at a hotel down the road. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was of far less inferior quality and lacked the amenities of the 4 star hotel we booked, including a bar, gym, sauna, outdoor area etc. it was also disappointing that they failed to rectify the problem for the 2nd night. I have written to Hotels.com, as I only booked through them to guarantee the extra protection that they offer. So far, I have had no response!
