“This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. ”

“This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

“It really is a charming farmhouse. It has history but they have decorated it nicely. It has comfort and style. It is the PERFECT location for Cooperstown All Star Village. Communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out, checkin/checkout was smooth, the house includes everything that is needed for a week of baseball/Cooperstown or just a getaway. Traveled with 3 adults but there is plenty of room for more. ”

“This is our family's second time at the Barn Loft and we will return many times for years to come. I look forward to our next visit to the Belleayre ski area and our next stay at your House. “We had a wonderful visit at the Stone Cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect respite for a few moms and their daughters between baseball games. The cottage is 30 minutes from Cooperstown Allstar Village. The cottage was very clean and the property well kept. The kids loved feeding the horses, seeing the chickens, exploring the grounds, and catching frogs in the pond. The house care takers, Tabatha and Stephen were very kind, helpful, and responsive. “Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in East Meredith. The pasture adjoining the property with cows was a bonus. Only negative is on VRBO whose messaging system is broken, they know it and haven't fixed it.”

“Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others……

“Property is spacious and extremely peaceful with beautiful sunsets ! Homeowners think of all the little things everyone forgets . Pac-Man game was a big hit along with the beautiful deck and fire pit. Family had a great time ! Highly recommend !”

“We enjoyed cooking, reading and relaxing in this spacious lovely farmhouse. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape.”

“We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,……

“Amazing stay - so many sweet details in this house! Welcoming, clean, and every amenity you can imagine!”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……
