“We, five adults and five children, enjoyed our stay at the cabin the three adult bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds, while the downstairs offered a separate place for the kids to have some separation the morning views of Belleayre were definitely the highlight while enjoying a cup of coffee the upstairs open kitchen/living/dining area fit us all comfortably A perfect ski weekend getaway with only a short drive to the mountain!”

“The cabin was nice and clean and exactly as pictured. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy and prompt. It was nice to be able to relax by the fire pit and grill outside with our dog. We had a great time.”

“Just far enough out of town. Within half hour of major breweries and larger towns. Quiet neighborhood. On dirt road. Travel would be tough in winter months. Other than windy hills and many narrow roads from where i was coming from. 90% of the travel was rt90.”

“This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!”

“The location is secluded and gorgeous. The cabin is adorable and beautifully decorated. We brought our dogs and they loved the peaceful atmosphere. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch watching the rain and relaxing on the deck. The garage area was a bonus. Would love to stay again in the fall. Cute towns to visit. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and unplug.”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“Great cabin for a quick getaway in the Catskills! The property has everything you need in terms of necessities with the bonus of a hot tub. The hot tub is conveniently located on the deck so it’s a quick in and out of the house when it is cold outside. As for the location, the cabin is not centrally located; it takes about 20-30 mins to get to main towns nearby. For example, we drove to Woodstock and that took about 50 mins, but Phoenicia and Belleayre Mountain are about 30 mins from the...

“Charming house with a wonderful view. We got away from the city for a while and decompressed. Enjoyed the wonderful fireplace and spacious deck, early morning coffee with the sunrise. Enjoyed a full moon with a walk in the woods, something my wife and I have never done. Something we will always remember.”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”
