OMG ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I'VE EVER STAYED IN!! Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They communicated with me throughout my entire stay to see if hotel met my expectations. Breakfast bar was phenomenal. The bar provided one of the best mojitos I've ever tasted. 10/10 I'd definitely stay here again!! ☺️

The hotel was nice. What I didn't like was that you had to past an open dining area when going to your room. The breakfast was not what I had expected but the parking was good. There was an older staff member at the front desk I don't know if she was the manager but kudos to her. Very helpful to me. We need people like her in this industry.

We had a good stay. Staff at reception and breakfast were excellent. They were friendly and super helpful and were always going above and beyond to make our dining experience as perfect as possible. The made to order eggs were delicious. Reception staff were equally brilliant. They were friendly courteous and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. The only issue we had was with housekeeping, were our repeated requests to make our room were ignored and in one instance declined by housekeeping staff when approached directly. Finally, when they did make up our room after two days they did not put fresh sheets or pillow cases on our bed. But instead just made up the used sheets.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was included and they had a good variety of food. The pool was fantastic. At the tk.e of our stay, the hot tub jets were not working. (The pump was fine and the water was hot, but jets were not able to be turned in.) We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Older rooms need updating, bathroom light bulb out, body wash empty should be topped off prior to guest arrival, also insects on floor in bathroom. Sink in bathroom had more water pressure than the shower. No grip on floor in shower easily could slip if not careful. Check in and Breakfast staff very courteous and nice.
