First of all we turned up 5 minutes after 6pm due to traffic. And when we arrived the reception was closed when the hours clearly say 24hr. We attempted to contact the property manager and there was no answer. Me and my friends then had to contact a virtual agent who was no use and told us what we already know. So me and my two friends who are 18 were unable to get into the apartment and we had no money to book another one we were stranded in liverpool all night with our luggage.

Had booked a Anfield tour for my husbands birthday but it got cancelled. So went for the weekend anyway. Anfield stadium is just up the road from the hotel. The bar was busy when we got there
A young lady was helpful looking our case till check in time. The room was big with 2 single beds and a double bed. The room was at the front but very quiet the evening. The staff were lovely. It was about £10 in an uber to Liverpool

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

"Very dated hotel and room. Poorly lit, little ventilation, room hot. Room dark in colour and lights that did work (2 didnt) were dim and depressing. Not a USB socket in sight, didnt watch the very small and dated TV, so not sure of channel selection. Sink plug leaked, mirror light not functioning, ..."
