“the web said we could go in at 3pm... JC told me it wasn't ready to wait... he sent a msg that it was almost ready at 5pm that the cleaning crew was almost done. got there at 5:30pm.. no one was there so I went inside and it was all duty... the cleaning lady wasn't even there. contacted JC and he sent msg saying give me a minete. never heard back from him until Saturday when I told him I was out. 7:50pm was when the cleaning lady was done and we could go in.
