The room was very nice but getting to it was a little confusing given the layout of security fencing. Some more signs directing to room numbers might have helped. Only other drawback was a clogged bathtub drain and the room could have used a few shirt hangers. When I overstayed my checkout time due to circumstances beyond my control the staff were very understanding and helpful and it didn't cost me another dime.

Room was clean, parking was very convenient. Three adults but only had 2 bath towels. No extra pillows or bed sheets.

Electronic keycard kept failing. Needed to be replaced more than once per day. No staff in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. On several occasions we waited in the restaurant hoping to eat. Several staff looked our way, but no one came over to help.

Yes, the staff was very helpful and always available. The room was clean.

Room was clean but kitchen/stove top did not work. Staff were very friendly.
