“The house has a nice private and quiet feel and is great for family gatherings given the layout of the dwellings. The house itself is really neat and has been restored beautifully. It's about an hour drive to Charleston, so you can get away from the hustle and traffic of the city but also do the tourist thing pretty easily.”

“I selected this lovely property as a getaway to enjoy with my daughter who’s attending college nearby. She needed some home cooking from the well appointed chef’s kitchen, naps in the hammock, brilliant sunsets, viewings of ducks/woodpeckers/bald eagle, and a tranquil setting to recharge. The home did not disappoint, and we plan to be back!”

“The location name was deceptive. Though it is close to the lake it’s not on the Lake. It’s located in a trailer park and is a trailer. Very spacious and clean. It was a bit uncomfortable at night as the French doors don’t have blinds or shades you could pull down. All in all not too bad for an overnight stay but an extended stay wouldn’t work for me.”

“We were happy to enjoy a house with 4 bedrooms while our new home was completed. This is a clean property with the necessary amenities. This was a convenient location for us all to get to work on time. It was so nice to be able to cook a meal as opposed to eating out every night, since dishes were provided. Having 2 bathrooms was a benefit with our family of 4. The fenced in back yard made it easy for letting out my dog, however, she did find her way to get into the neighbors' yard a couple of……

“Vary good place to stay as long as you have a boat to go out on the lake”

“Great location on lake. Good access to fishing and family boat rides. House very clean and private with fully gated property. Beds slept well and good cooking products to use. If only one negative is pantry storage for big family for a week there is none. Had to leave our storage bins under table for non perishable food but 2 refrigerators was nice touch. Beautiful and quiet location and neighbors seem very friendly. Thanks for the use of you home”
