Quick seemless check in with pleasant lady on reception. Requested room with bathroom, but ended up with a studio in the Revolution Lofts to the right of the hotel. This felt like being more at home in the wonderful city of Boston

Staypineapple, A Delightful Hotel, South End
In an extremely cute area - a short walk and you're in this beautiful neighborhood with great shops and food. The hotel staff were so incredibly nice. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small, but very clean and has a great shower. Would absolutely stay here again!

We did not liked that we ordered room service thinking they will bring the cart with the food in regular dishes and utensils, like in any hotel of this level, and instead they brought our food in a shopping bag on disposable containers/plastic utensils(???).
