“A lovely country pub. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The food was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Even freshly brewed coffee which you do not get in hotels. We were pleasantly surprised.”

“There was a power outage overnight the first night we stayed here. Upon realizing that in the morning, because there was no hot water, I tried to contact the manager. It took over an hour for her to respond and all she could tell me was that she couldn't get ahold of her handyman. After 2 hours of waiting with no update from the handyman, we left. I asked for a refund but was refused and I was accused of causing the power outage because I must have plugged in a North American device. This……
