“非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。”

“Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. Staff were happy, helpful and cheerful,……

“The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. ”

“Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to. Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget.……

“很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚”
