This is a perfect rental right at the Gateway to the Rockies, Lyons Colorado. It is a short drive into the mecca of Boulder or head west just 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Hall Ranch is the best mountain biking trail in Boulder County just 3 minutes from the house or enjoy tubing on the river, amazing parks or Planet Bluegrass just a short walk down the hill.

This part of Lyons only has a couple of streetlights around anywhere and it is perfectly quiet every night. You can see wildlife like a group of deer that frequent the backyard or the neighborhood lynx making his rounds in the morning.

Guests will have an access to 2 car garage. The main space has a very large kitchen opened to a living room and there is a deck off of the kitchen. Amazing patios and yard.

The rooms are decorated with contemporary, high-end furniture and the bedding is mostly from natural hypoallergenic materials or organic materials. All of our shampoos/soaps/conditioners are organic.

This rental is the upper floor, garage, driveway and front of house landscaping areas only. The basement is a separate rental unit. Depending on availability, there may be an option to rent the basement unit together with the upper floor for an additional 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, pergola, deck and backyard area.
