Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. "Our room was clean and bed was SO COMFY! This is a beautiful hotel with easy access to the highway, restaurants' and shopping close by too. However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing. "

"This is a relatively new hotel and everything was great, except one of our mattresses was very lumpy with dips. The staff resolved our issue quickly by offering several options and also let us check out an hour late so our kids could swim before our flight."

"First of all Felix at the front desk was absolutely the best. He was very helpful, very attentive, and made sure every time he saw me that everything was great. I was here on business and stayed for two weeks. Room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. AC was loud but the room was cool. Breakfast wasn't the normal hotel breakfast like most hotels. Plenty of selection for any type of breakfast you could want. My only suggestion is add scrambled eggs every morning. Not everyone wants quiche or souffle for breakfast or just a breakfast biscuit. The option of scrambled eggs would have been nice. The staff was very nice, always smiling and greeting everyone. The lemon, cucumber water was absolutely tasty. My other suggestion is when you get your room cleaned in between stays, sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen. Dirt is on our shoes so my floor was dirty even after housekeeping came in. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town for business again. "

"The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. "

"Neg: The king bed was lumpy. The hot tub was down for repairs. Pros: The continental breakfast had a large selection and the area was kept clean. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had a tub and shower. The exercise room was very clean and had what I needed to do a little work to feel good after driving for 9 hours. "
