A little TLC needed.
Pictures do not give you the overall condition of the property. Toilet seat lid hinge was broken. Two drawers broken, so couldn’t use for clothes. Ceiling fan didn’t work. There’s a sewer type smell in the kitchen area. The couch should be replaced as the cushions have no support. If the owner would spend a little money on upkeep, this cabin may be worth it. I do not believe VRBO should represent this property until these issues are fixed.

Overall good
Overall this place was fine, one of the older ones in the neighborhood. Couple things we experienced: The inside had some sort of smell we weren’t sure what it was but it was bad enough to make us get an air freshener; the propane connection to the propane tank on the grill is broken and sprays propane from the connection which is a major safety issue so we couldn’t grill; we couldn’t figure out how to use the ceiling fan but there was another one in there so all good. Overall it was good and the price was fair. Thanks!

Covered in hair
Comforters and bed pillows were covered in hair. We were sent clean linen but would have expected that from the start. Property dated and is extremely small so don’t expect any privacy. Bed uncomfortable and didn’t get good sleep while we were there. Location OK if you don’t mind driving to the slopes or taking long shuttle ride. We will not return to this location. Disappointing.

I would look elsewhere
This property was a huge disappointment. The number 1 thing you need to know about this property, is the bed is absolutely unacceptable. We were extremely disappointed with the bed, to the point where we had to sleep on the couch and chair (which were also very uncomfortable but better than the bed). The shower only lasted for 7ish minutes before the water got cold, and took about an hour to recover. A lot of the cabinets and drawers were unusable due to not being on tracks. The bathroom faucet was loose and would flop when you used it. Overall the property seemed clean, but there was a few dirt/hair piles in the hard to reach corners. This property definitely has potential, but until they do a massive overhaul, starting with the "Floral" bed and cheap bed frame and box spring, stay far away.

Comfortable Stay
Nice property and more well maintained than similar units in Tiger Run. Close to hiking and 5 minutes from downtown Frisco or Breckenridge. Quiet. The downside is the level of cleanliness that comes with a hefty cleaning fee which may be part of VRBO business model.

Comfortable and clean
While the place was comfortable and clean with nice surroundings and a great location we feel the dog fee was too high. 150.00 for 1 little dog for 2 days seems excessive. This fee should also be listed when searching for properties. Felt a bit like a bit and switch. Other than that we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This property was listed as a quaint cabin and chalet. It is neither. It is single wide trailer in a trailer park. The listing is blatantly misleading. Moreover The door did not lock correctly, the gas to the heating was turned off initially and the water alternated between scalding hot for one minute and ice cold. DO NOT BOOK if you have any reasonable expectations. Worst experience ever through Expedia.

Do not stay here!
Location is perfect, near stores, and Breckinridge, keystone, copper mountain…however lost an entire day because the door could not be secured, the management did get a repair man out the next day, also the housekeeping that they used to clean did not have attention to detail, sheets were urine stained, had boogers, mold and dirt. The management did resolve the issues through email request, they provided clean sheets, and towels. The price per night/day should be lower.

Nice place for me and my dog
The cabin was very nice place for myself and my little beagle while staying in Summit County. It is well stocked with pots and pans so if you want to cook that shouldn't be an issue. I cooked every night. You do have to hand wash but that is not a big deal to me. I thought the bed was comfortable and was always able to sleep well. The cabin is really close the the complex's dog park. It is big but it was nice to let my dog run some in the morning. The cabin is close to Breckenridge and Frisco and really not far from anything you want to do. I there are lots of nice hiking trails near by that you can do. We did some hiking and even hike up Torreys with my dog. He "loved" saying Hi to the mountain goats. One issue was a previous guest did break the lock on the sliding door and left some marks on the bottom of one wall. Not a really big deal to me. I've stayed here before so I knew that was not normal and with the pandemic it is understandable that it is hard to get things done right away. Over all I was very pleased and think this is a nice place for a single person or couple especially when traveling with a dog.

filthy
Property very lovely . Unit rented was very dirty in need of much maintenance, screen door bent and fallen off , arcadia door lock did not work. Garbage from last renter still in receptacle and coffee grounds on the bottom of cabinet. Bedding smelly body odor. I found blood on 8*jjjjmattress. Mattress had a nail from box spring sticking out, uckily no one cut them selves on it. Tub leaks - needs repair. There was animal hair all over the unit I had to sweep up. Found dog bones under chair along with food left behind. Cobwebs in kitchen. In need of new coffee pot. Could not use. Stove did not work, either. The porch could have been swept and cobwebs removed around entry way. Number on unit could be placed on car port like others in the park, to make it easier to see. If I could get a refund on cleaning deposit I would be happy. I payed for something I did not receive. Do the maintenance is my suggestion to whom ever reads this.

It’s not the Ritz but the owners have obviously been working on upgrading windows and flooring and a new microwave! Next year the RV park will have better Internet service and new gym furniture. I used the pool a lot as we were there for a month stay.

House door needs fixed and better cleaning
The cabin was very cute and great place unfortunately it was not very clean, especially the bathroom, trash was outside in the yard and the front door needs to be fixed and the screen door keep falling off. And the outside grill would not start for the amount charged I would expect a way cleaner place and at least be able to lock the door

Nice Place For Me and My Dog
This was a nice place to stay for my trip and was close to everything I wanted to do. There is very easy access to hiking and biking right across HWY 9 from the complex (Tiger Run) that the cabin is located. There is a small dog run very close by you can take your dog to get some off leash time with other dogs. There were quite few people with dogs I met in the complex. The cabin was very clean which is important in these times of COVID. I stayed here over the Labor Day with my dog and we really enjoyed coming back to the cabin. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans which i cooked with everyday. The grill was in good working order and used it while I was there. No problem. I thought the furniture was kept up well and comfortable. The bed was very good and had no problems sleeping. The cabin is small but not cramped. I would say it is a good place for single and couples traveling to the area especially if you have a dog.

Mixed bag - needs some TLC/attention and updated listing photo
Unfortunately the photo that is displayed for this unit is not an accurate representation of the unit. I think it may be for a different unit entirely. Cabinetry, color/style of furniture and flooring is not what is actually in the unit. This photo makes it appear much nicer, brighter, and more modern. We happy to find a unit available during these COVID times that was pet friendly, but….. Things that don’t work/need attention: Management did their best to address them... 1. When we arrived after a 12 hour drive, the unit had not been cleaned (scheduling mistake?). I will give a 5 for cleaning bc they did a great job once they did arrive to clean. 2. Socks of previous renters still inside drawers 3. Sliding glass door lock broke during our stay (which is the main door). It was barely operable when we arrived. 4. Some of the venetian blinds don’t go up and down well or at all. 5. heat/ac vent in the middle of kitchen floor is loose (isn’t attached to floor). You could put your foot into the duct 6. At 9pm the night before we left, a loud propane tank alarm went off behind the unit. 7. Tiger Run was doing their summertime pipe/water repairs in other areas of the resort. Notification was given with affected units listed. Each time the unit was not to be affected per the notice, but we ended up not having water after all. TR was having a problem understanding why and we had several TR reps visit to investigate. We managed, but….. 8. Response to e-mail requests from Darcie/Lloyd were good , however, once we arrived and started to reach out for help, we did not hear from them again. :-( I don't know if they are the owners or reps of the property management team. *this unit is not managed by the Tiger Run office. TR is overall a great RV Resort. Thank you
