The base of Peak 9 is just a 5minute walk away or take the town trolley to the Gondola to start your day! In the summer, biking and hiking trails are also right out the door. A brand new King Memory Foam Bed will have you rested for the next days adventures! If you have friends with you the pull out memory foam sleeper sofa will hit the spot! A ski locker outside your door makes the 5 min walk back from the resort a breeze.
Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this brand new high end, remodeled one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. Enjoy the new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day.

Great location in the center of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and all that Breckenridge has to offer. The host was very responsive and gave good instructions for checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Very much enjoyed the unit. Don't let the building fool you, Brett has done an excellent job refurbishing this unit and bringing it up to date. All amenities needed or a comfortable stay. Great location close to shopping and dining. No need to take your car out of the garage you can easily walk around town or use the local free shuttle.

The building hallways were dark. Carpeting was worn and full of dog hair. Unit floor was dirty. We contacted the manager twice and heard no response. We left after 1 hour and moved to a hotel. We could not stay there.
