Modern, top floor corner studio condo ( 250 sq. ft ) with recent renovations having just been completed, new king size bed, designated work space with a view of Peak 8 and The Gondola, extra large Kitchenette and new electric fireplace. Free on site parking for one car and free high speed wi-fi.
You will love the convenience of this Main Street Location!

This is a second floor condo with no elevator so climbing stairs is required. The condo is located in the downtown restaurant district and with this amazingly convenient location, there will be some noises and smells associated with downtown living ie: groups of folks getting ready to go skiing or coming home from the restaurants and bars, sirens from the in town fire station, the smells of adjacent restaurants firing up their grills, marijuana smoke from passers by. We supply ear plugs, a 3 speed fan, an air purifier , black out curtains and shades so that you will feel comfortable while staying in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer!

Please note that the condo is located in an established in town building with year round tenants, owners and other short term rentals but each unit is individually managed. There is no central management on sight, please contact your host directly with any questions or if you need any assistance during your stay.

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

I loved stayed at their studio! The location could not have been better! My longest walk was a whole 8-minute walk to a Mountain Flying Fish! My walk to Gondola, with ski boots on was 5 minutes! The studio is perfect for one person...and probably for a couple! The kitchen is handy and has all essential equipment. Erin and Jim were always available for a quick question! Thank you so much!!! Erin and Jim also left me a lovely welcome note! They also sent perfect instructions. I can't wait to stay here again someday! Thanks!!!

Great condo for a quick ski trip

Stayed 4 nights to ski Breck and it was a perfect location for the Gondola and ski rental at Christy Sports in town. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Communication was very clear and easy with host. Condo had all amenities we needed.

A Perfect Getaway

We loved this spot. We have stayed several places in Breck and this one didn’t disappoint. We loved how centrally located it is to EVERYTHING! We felt like everything was well stocked, clean, and the owners communicated extremely well. This cute, cozy space was perfect for our romantic weekend away. Definitely will stay here again.
