Family-Friendly 2BR/2BA – Ski In, 200 Steps to Lift, Heated Garage, Walk to Town

  • Para no fumadores, un condominio grande de una habitación y dos baños con un amplio dormitorio tipo loft para dormir está situado en la pista de esquí. Esquíe hasta la puerta de atrás a través de la pista de esquí Four O'Clock, salga 200 escalones hasta el remonte Snowflake. El último piso y solo una pared común lo convierten en un lugar tranquilo (¡Lo siento, no hay ascensor!).

    La unidad cuenta con garaje con calefacción y un lugar de estacionamiento adicional en frente del garaje. El garaje es lo suficientemente grande como para estacionar fácilmente un SUV estándar como un Ford Explorer.

    Grandes ventanales con vista sureste. Mira cómo sale el sol sobre el monte Baldy desde la mesa de la cocina. Fantásticas vistas del monte Baldy desde la gran terraza. Cocina completamente equipada, electrodomésticos nuevos. Nueva gran mesa de comedor alta, seis asientos, piso de cerámica y mostradores.

    Dormitorio principal con cama queen. La ventana del dormitorio principal se abre a Sawmill Creek, que es muy relajante en verano / otoño.

    Chimenea (gas nuevo, otoño de 2013) y baño completo en el nivel principal. Amplio loft con tres camas matrimoniales y una cama individual. Segundo baño con ducha en altillo. Loft también tiene su propio reproductor de TV y DVD.

    A solo dos cuadras de la calle principal de Breckenridge.

    Está a pocos pasos de la piscina y las bañeras de hidromasaje del pueblo superior recientemente remodeladas. ¡Los nadadores pueden nadar debajo de una pared hacia el exterior! El acceso a la piscina está cerrado desde fines de septiembre hasta la apertura del fin de semana de esquí y desde el cierre del fin de semana de esquí hasta el Día de los Caídos.

Great hosts, and the property was perfect for our family of five. The loft comfortably slept our three teens, and having a bathroom up there made mornings and evenings so much easier for everyone. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout, and the location couldn’t have been better, an easy, short walk to Main Street with quick access to shops, food, and activities. Walked to get coffee and breakfast every morning and brought it back and enjoyed on the balcony taking in the view. Highly recommend this spot for families looking for convenience and comfort.

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Jim and Suzanne are so helpful and everything you need is there. The layout is perfect for a family and the Mountain View in the morning with your coffee on the balcony is fantastic. There wasn’t much snow for skiing and we still loved it. Walked to Main Street daily and the lifts are steps away. It was ideal in every way!

Great location! Short walk to Snowflake Chairlift which was incredibly convenient for us. At the end of the day we skied down 4 O’Clock straight to the garage which was perfect for storing our ski gear. The condo was also a short walk into town. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Thanks to Jim and Suzanne for sharing their property for my father son trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make lunches and dinners all week. The short walk to snowflake lift was a breeze and it was awesome skiing right to the condo after a long day every day. This was a overall great experience and I look forward to working with Jim and Suzanne again in the future.

Mother/Son Hiking Trip

This property served as a homebase for my mother and I to explore Breck and hike some 14ers. It was a wonderful location, walkable to everything, and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Fantastic place with easy access to snowflake lift or the bus to get to peak 9 or other parts of mountain. Just know you’re on the third floor for when bringing in and packing out your gear.

December Ski Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice property and a great location. The property owners checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Place!

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Also very conveniently located to downtown and just a quick trip on the bus or gondola up to the ski slopes! I'll certainly look for this property on my next trip to Breck!
