Cedar Breaks National Monument is close by with great hiking and cross country ski trails.

This first floor unit has easy access with elevator from indoor parking garage. Indoor heated Solarium pool,Hot Tub/Jacuzzi and dry saunas. Exercise room, large fireplace, guest business center, and coin operated laundry are available for guest use.

All guests have access to the Copper Lounge, a large & comfortable lounge with couches and TV where you can socialized with other guests.

A Free Shuttle stops outside the lobby and operates during the winter ski-season months to take you to the ski-resort, restaurants and other local businesses.

This property is located in Brian Head at the premier Copper Chase condominium project, a short drive from Cedar City and about three hours from Las Vegas and one hour from Zion National Park's North Entrance.

The room location was convenient for ski in and ski out option to the mountain. The pull out bed under the couch/bed could use a new mattress, the coils were very prominent. The staff we interacted with were nice and friendly.

I am absolutely disguised with VBRO and the owner of this property. We should not be out 160 dollars in taxes cleaning and service fees when the facility was misrepresented. The facility was old and musty. Neither the pool or hot tub were in working order. No staff were on site. There was not hot water for showers as we were told by another guest that they hot water heaters were out there were almost completely empty bathroom toiletries so didnt matter couldnt shower anyways and regardless of what the property manager says the wifi did not work either. This property is far from being Brian Heads premier location. I still havr not gotten my refund as we canceled the remaining days. So frustrating as this was my birthday trip.

Location great, upstairs neighbor noisy
The condo was great because of the location to the ski runs however there was giant stomping around on the floor above us. The stomping started from 7am and didn’t stop until 2am. A little stomping is tolerable staying on the first floor however this was intentional stomping. The decor of the condo could use some updating. The beds were horrible to say the least. Thee pullout couch had a spring sticking out of mattress and queen bed was lopsided. The location was the only thing that saved our weekend.

We did not stay-we contacted the owner ASAP as the property did not meet standards
We contacted the owner Dennis to share the disrepair of the condo, floor repair, updates needed, bed was a double and internet not working. Dennis was very gracious and said he had not been to the property in a year. He apology and said he would get with VRBO right away to get us a refund. We followed up with him and he mentioned a cleaning fee would be the only cost to us. We await a refund. Hopefully soon.

Cozy Spot in a Great Location
These are condos not hotel rooms which I didn’t realize or overlooked when booking which is fine. The unit itself is fine for the price. A bit outdated, which can be nice if you’re into that kind of thing. The only issue we had aside from the neighbors above us being terribly loud was the bed which was rather uncomfortable. Besides that, you’re walking distance from the ski lodge of Navajo which is super close.
