Good value, staff professional, nice small cafe on premises. Rooms need updating the furniture is old but comfortable. Our rooms were large. Lack of air conditioning will be a problem on hot days. Easy parking is limited a large parking garage is available a steep block away. There is street noise in the front facing rooms.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.
