Welcome to my family friendly two-bedroom home near Queens Park in the heart of Brighton and Hove! My house is ideally located in one of the most desirable areas of the city, with close proximity to both the seafront and local attractions. Queens Park is a wonderful park with sea views only a couple of minutes away, so you can enjoy everything Brighton has to offer.

The space
My house has an amazing location right in the heart of Brighton and Hove, where you can experience the best of both worlds - the bustling city centre is a stroll away, whilst you get to enjoy the quiet residential area as a base. A short 10 minute walk to the beach, the house is designed with comfort in mind, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring everything that Brighton has to offer.
This Victorian house boasts a living room with a comfortable sofa and 4k flat screen TV. There is a designated working area with desk, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up meals if you prefer to stay in and cook; however there are plenty of fabulous eateries, pubs, and cafes nearby. The master bedroom is large, bright and airy, featuring two single beds fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury. There is also a second bedroom with double bed for two guests, with ample storage for your belongings. Additionally there is a comfy sofa bed in the living room, for a fifth guest. The bathroom has a shower over bath and comes with plush towels.
It is the perfect place to spend some quality time in the city by the sea!

Guests will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur.
Please note that this is a strictly non smoking home.
Additional linen and cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
