Stunning View -best location ! Walk everywhere

Beautiful views over Viking Bay from the lounge and dining room. Lovely spacious first floor flat, newly renovated with mid century modern theme. Probably the best location in Broadstairs. Overlooking the beach, it is literally minutes to everything that Broadstairs has to offer. Main Bedroom has super king double bed , second bedroom two 3ft singles. Fully equipped new kitchen and bathroom, and a second toilet, with use of roof area to sit and relax after a long day at the beach. Restaurants and bars of warmth and character are a short stroll along the clifftop. Broadstairs has a micro climate giving a good chance of sun and warmth in summer, but even in winter you will come back from Broadstairs refreshed and revived!
Broadstairs has golden sands, safe swimming, and lots of history to discover. Dickens was a frequent visitor in Victorian times and is still celebrated today in the pub names, Bleak House and Dickens Week ( around the third week in June) when locals dress in costume for the week and there are many events to attend. Not to mention Folk Week every year in August.
Please note there is no parking at the property, but full instructions and options are provided before arrival, with the furthest option only a 5 minute walk away.

A great view of Viking Bay

We did stay for a week last year and loved it and once again just the same and would like to come back next year. We have stayed many times in Broadstairs over the years and both times we have agreed it is the most relaxing place we have stayed at so thanks once again.

Broadstairs in May

We have made many visits to Broadstairs but this was the first time we've rented self-catering accommodation which was a great success. The flat is in an ideal location close to to amenities and the sea front. There are stunning views from living and dining rooms. The flat is spacious and comfortable. Access is a bit quirky and not for anyone with mobility problems. The local contact, Tye, was very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Fabulous flat overlooking the beach and promenade

Hi, we loved the flat. The views were amazing. It was quiet, comfortable and light and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and convenient for walking along the coastal paths and catching local buses and trains. Great for people watching too!

Early Summer Weekend

My wife and I stayed in the flat for a weekend in June on our first visit to Kent. The flat was exactly as promised. It was lovely and super close to everything with a beautiful view of the water. The host was easy to reach and super helpful which was important to us because we were visiting from out of the country. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Perfect apartment for a relaxing break with the grandkids

Back for a third time to this wonderful apartment overlooking Viking Bay. You could sit all day gazing at the amazing views from the lounge listening to the waves, seagulls and gentle chatter of folk strolling by below. The children sat for hours with binoculars looking at the boats, paddle boarders and swimmers in the sea. So relaxing. A magical place. We love the quirkiness and layout. Everything you could need here - spacious and clean accommodation, bags of hot water for showers, comfy beds - home from home. Great communication with manager - quick response and really helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!

We love this appartment, it’s luminous, spacious stylish with some parts of the interior from the seventies. Furthermore direct view to the sea. Very well equiped, everything one needs. Hazel is wonderful, very quick responses and uncomplicted support when needed.

Location and view are perfect

The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Simply the best.

I think that all the times we have been coming to Broadstairs jetty view has been the best place that we have stayed at. The view of Viking Bay in the morning is stunning at sunrise even the two teenagers who we thought may be a bit bored absolutely loved it so all in all a brilliant stay and would love to stay again. We also get the 70s decor vibe.

Perfect position in Broadstairs

We have just returned from another summer mini break in Broadstairs, our first at this lovely apartment. Our two grandchildren now aged 5 and 9 have been coming with us for the last 5 years and absolutely loved this quirky flat with its exciting entrance across the rooftop at the back, and another door out to the front by the ice cream shop. Chappelini's is their favourite place, so to be living above it was just amazing. The views from the windows and balcony in the lounge are incredible. You could sit there all day looking out at the sea, beach and boats and watch the people below come and go. It's like a scene from a Where's Wally book! The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was clean and spacious and lovely to come back to after a long day on the beach. Hazel is a brilliant host and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for letting us share your lovely flat. We will be back!

Ideal location. Stunning view and all amenities to hand.

Detailed arrival procedure helped us access the property quickly and easily when we arrived. All was ready for us and as described. Wow! What a view! We spent several happy on the beach making use of the chairs and parasol provided. Our grandaughter was thrilled with the buckets, spades and nets left for her use too! We loved our stay here and the property owner and manager were readily contactable, even helping us when we managed to leave items behind when we left. Would certainly recommend and hope to return soon!

Broadstairs Delight

Great location. Overlooking the beach but was extremely quiet. The facilities in the flat were excellent. Apart from the difficulty in finding the place and going up stairs and over a roof we have nothing detrimental to say about the flat. However your website should say that if you come by train you need to book a cab before you arrive. We didn't. there were none available so we had to walk to the flat with our luggage so not helpful at all.
