"We stayed in Belfast for almost a week, to visit our son and his fiancee. This apartment has everything that we need, all on a single floor. The front wall of windows overlooks the river as well as. the local businesses on the Main Street with all of the people coming and going. Delightful!! The only issue noted is with check-in: we arrived after dark. We found the parking lot easily, but in the parking lot we saw only signs that said that there was no entrance permitted to the condos. "This was our fourth vacation trip to the mid-coast Maine area. We thought we would take a chance at staying on a beach front property. I failed to realize that the location was directly on a major highway with very heavy car and truck traffic. Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation.
