“The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. I even have video of how loud it was. It’s also evident that the hotel is aware of the noise issue, as there are white noise machines already placed in the……

“Our host made check in simple and easy especially since we were unsure of arrival time. Lovely place, great breakfast and easy access of route 1 and nearby dining and activities, Belfast farmers markets and local restaurants were less than 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!”

“We came to Bangor for an urgent medical appointment ( we live 3 hours away). They were able to take us in early so our dog did not have to be in a hot car while we were at NLH. The Cable was screwy, could only get one clear channel. When called the front desk you may or may not get an answer; and when we did they had no idea what the issue was with the cable and no remedy other than change our room (which we declined after 5 hours).
