“The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. “It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and artwork are tastefully done. Munjoy Hill is a great neighborhood. And if you enjoy walking it is the perfect place to be. Please note that there is a fairly steep staircase to climb to get to the apartment. There was ample parking available close by on a side street. We had no trouble parking. But note that there is no dedicated parking. Plus the street where the apartment is located (Waterville St) has some parking restrictions you need……

“We picked this private suite because it was not too far from Camden. We enjoyed how quiet it was. There is plenty of room. The living room is big, the bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The shower is big and relaxing. We used the washer and drier as we had been on the road for several days. If guests wanted to cook, there is an electric stove, a microwave, a big refrigerator in the small kitchen + a grill outside on the patio. There is a diner 3 miles down the road. It serves breakfast, lunch……

“The space was small, as advertised. Essentially a studio apartment with the living area, kitchen and bed all in the same space (The bathroom was a separate room with a door). The areas were separated visually, if not physically, so it didn't feel like a hotel room with a kitchen. I want to be clear, the single "space" was big enough to include a queen bed, night stands, two couches, a small dining table, shelving and a baby grand piano.
