Great location for a visit to Brunswick. We took the Downeaster from Woburn for an overnight. Our room was on the first floor in the Carriage House which was nicely decorated but the noise from the room above was a bit much: we could hear the other guests conversations and movements. We were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the main building.
Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant was wonderful. I could have been more attentive to the room I was booking which was on the lower level - Family room - in the cottage. Great for a family stay but not quite the more romantic stay we had intended. Still a great place to go - short walk to Bowdoin.
Located right off the common, and easy walking to shops and restaurants on Maine Street. Parking was right next to the building. We had a loft room in the Carriage House, which was clean, comfortable, and had ample room for the two of us.
We didn't get to explore the main house much but the restaurant/dining area is charming.
The breakfast was delicious. Maine seems to have perfected the blueberry, and they have incorporated them into the pancake. Bucolic grounds and surroundings. Very nice two days.
Beautiful Inn. Excellent Breakfast. Lovely staff. Amenity comment: If you use conditioner, be sure to bring it as the property does not provide any in the rooms. Shampoo, soap and makeup wipes were given. We stayed in the Main House Suite.
Super cute and private family suite. Check in was insanely easy (I never went to the front reception the entire trip) and the staff was supper helpful.

Stayed two nights for our anniversary. Everything was great! Ate dinner and breakfast at the 165 and both were outstanding; from cocktails to eggs benny. Will definitely visit again!
