"This was the perfect place for us on a recent trip, on which we had three activities planned in Center City, the ESP, and on the Schuylkill Trail. Club Quarters Hotel was convenient and walkable to all three, and surrounded by great places to get coffee and food. The room was small but just right for us as a couple, and amazingly quiet for being in the middle of everything (granted, we had an inner room not facing the main street.) The chilled, filtered water station on each floor was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Obsessed with this house. Stayed with a girlfriend for a mini girls trip. We were able to walk to catch the train for a Phillies game, which was great. But the garden was the true highlight of the home. The inside was also spotless & had great appliances and finishes. We will absolutely be back, if we find ourselves headed to Philly again. "

"Overall, it is a nice stay in Philly. At first, it is a little hard to contact the staff, but in the afternoon, the staff contact me from another number. I think they should change the phone number in automatic message after booking ( I called the number a couple of times, no one reply, but new number has a good connection!). Then, the hotel is very clean, more than expected. Bathroom is a little small, but that's fine. The property needs some deposit (~200). And I got refund one day after checking out. That's great! In all, I think it is an affordable place to stay near UPenn. "
