Sitting on top of a hillside overlooking the 4th hole, Villa Zindagi is located in an exclusive neighborhood inside the exclusive resort Reserva Conchal.

With 5520 sq ft / 1683 sq mts, there is lots of room to spread out and create a world of your own in this private villa which includes its own pool and features beautiful Costa Rican woodwork.

The downstairs living area has a dining room that seats eight and a study. A large entertainment area sits eight adults comfortably. A full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, side by side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar.

Upstairs you will find two Master suites each with a King size bed, slider to the balcony overlooking the pool area, ocean and golf course views. The 3rd Bedroom is found off the main entry hall and has a Queen size bed. The 4th Bedroom has two Queen beds and shares a bathroom with the 5th Bedroom, which has one Queen bed.
