Located in a serene setting, this charming property offers proximity to the marina and the famous Bourbon Trail. This two-story retreat boasts seven spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests. The well-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need, while the upper deck offers a delightful dining area and seating, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. On the lower deck, you'll find two additional seating areas and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, a generous lower-level game room provides entertainment, and outside, a boat dock complete with a swim platform and ladder await your aquatic adventures. The property is conveniently situated near Historic downtown Cadiz, Kentucky, where you can explore antique shops and experience genuine Southern hospitality.

Escape the constant buzz of social media and television; although we do provide WiFi and a smart TV, we encourage face-to-face conversations and immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the shoreline and woods. Reconnect with loved ones and create lasting memories.

Please be aware that this home is nestled in a wooded lakeside neighborhood, so encountering bugs during nighttime outdoor activities is to be expected. Additionally, the driveway is quite steep, but there's parking available for up to three cars at the bottom, making it accessible for elderly guests. First pulling up the house is very nice! The drive way is VERY STEEP and was a bit scary backing down it. The house was amazing and the view spectacular!

Great family get away!!

This place was perfect for family. The grandkids had so much fun swimming off the dock and plenty of room to spread out in the house. We had perfect weather and enjoyed relaxing on the porches.

Family getaway!

This trip was exactly what we needed! The host had excellent communication, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was large enough to fit our extended family, and the lake was great! Such a wonderful vacation with some great memories!

Great property with entrainment for all

Enjoyed the lake all day and able to come back to the dock and enjoy lake views from the porch. Kids fished from dock and played games on lower level. Lots of space and beds for a large group.

Family rejuvenation

After loosing a brother in a horrific act this past September the family needed time alone to heal and also my parents 50th weeding anniversary weekend to celebrate this was the perfect location and they all want to return next year to do it again thank you

Happy Family

We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for our family of 13 adults and 4 toddlers. Loved sitting on the back deck in the evenings. Shannon and Jeff weren’t kidding about the steep driveway and long walk down to the dock - made a good workout! The area was great and being very close to the marina came in handy. Ladies Christmas weekend retreat

Enjoyed our girls weekend, we was disappointed with the Cabin, it truly needs a room to room cleaning. Mattress slept well, living space was big enough for our group, kitchen/ dining was well stocked and seated everyone, They had plenty of bath towels and wash clothes. Deck needed cleaning to set out and enjoy the outdoors, during mid day, fireplace in living room would have been nice to be able to use at night but was not available to use. We had a great weekend over all in the cabin, just was disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin.

Great place for our annual family reunion

The kids loved going down to the "lake" (technically a river inlet) and having campfires. The number of rooms and beds were great. We have a lot of single people in the family so a few queen beds won't cut it for our group. This house had plenty of beds. The kids even switched beds each night to try them all. Definitely a place we'll consider for future reunions.

The bedrooms work well for a diverse group of adults.

The house has nice spaces to gather. We ate our evening meal outside on the upper deck. Beautiful view. We were gone during the day working with Habitat for Humanity so the evenings were a time to relax. We were warned about the steep driveway. Our bus barely fit the parking space, but nothing bad happened.

fun in the winter

We enjoyed our stay, except for the cobwebs on the ceiling inside & out, the water heater not being able to keep up at only the second shower, & some of the matressses need replacement. Otherwise we were greatly impressed
