“This was our second time staying here while driving thru. It's ok for an overnight. But it's an older motel that's had some sprucing up. This time the outer lobby doors had been removed and the walls were opened up? Staff is very friendly and the room was ok. I don't see how this motel is rated "very good". It's average.”

“I thought this was a nice place -- quiet with a spacious room. My husband didn't like the smell of the cleaning product used prior to our arrival, but I didn't mind it and don't think others would, either. Our only trouble was a TV remote with a low battery. The amenities are push-button devices on the wall for soap, shower gel, shampoo.”

“The room was relatively clean though I killed 2 spiders in the bathtub. The room was so hot that the air conditioner couldn't cool it down until after midnight. The person at the desk was very annoyed that I had a dog though Expedia said they were pet friendly when I made the reservation. We won't be back.”

“Clever and lovely cabin. The cabins are set just off a parking lot, but mine (The Schoolhouse) was really nice, seeming pretty new, good amenities like the big square showerhead. I liked the firm bed. I liked the Kuerig; just wanted decaf pods. Unusual place but worth it.”

“Ever though it’s and older place It’s clean everything works as should be! Staff is very friendly!Well lite parking and a very nice Gazebo to sit outside enjoy the evening! Will be staying the again!”

“Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when……

“The staff were wonderful. I had a billing problem and they helped solve my predicament. The room was very clean. Absolutely no funky smell. It was obvious that upgrades to the bathroom and carpet were recent. We asked for a downstairs room and got it with no questions. We could park right next to the room. We had comfortable nights during our short stay. The outside of the facility needs some repairs.”

“Such a cute place to stay!!! very dated but not in a bad way really. We never met The receptionist, there was a note posted on the door with our directions and our information telling us to go inside and it would be open… and it was. This is an adorable little getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to break away from mainstream motels.. The room was clean. The property was immaculate…. Remind you of the early 1950’s, but well maintained… they even had a little table and two chairs……
