This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties with our check-in, and they could not access the information Expedia was supposed to send them. Despite our "ghost" reservation, they made sure we had a room and they had a "customer first" attitude. They are also very friendly, and we enjoyed conversing with the staff. The breakfast is also quite nice.

The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous.
