Cambridge Vacations from $195

I’m genuinely shocked this property has such a high rating! The staff were truly the best thing this place has! Our first room had a diaper in the garbage already and had lots of Boxelder bugs in it. We discovered about 5 bugs when we first arrived and when we put the AC on about 20 more came out of the vent on the wall. The staff were kind and moved us to a new room and we had no issues with bugs in the second room. The bedroom is in desperate need of renovations and the beds were fairly uncomfortable. The bathroom had been updated and was quite nice! The parking lot had lots of signs about security cameras but there were still a few people who seemed to be lingering there at night! It is conveniently located close to the mall!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and very walkable for our purpose. Room was clean but not cozy. Very industrial decor, which is not our style. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it also wasn’t the worst. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, the room was lacking for a 4.5 star “luxury” hotel and the cost.

I travel quite a bit, and have never been at a hotel where Room Service comes around before 8am. I was shocked and as a female traveling alone, I was a little scared that anyone was knocking on my door that early.
