“The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the room was so clean! The water pressure in the shower was outstanding!!”

“Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms. Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday.”

“Was very clean room front desk person was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was ok but what do you expect for a hotel!”

“Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.”

“Overall, the hotel was nice, updated and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the shower head; it needed to be replaced as it was all over the place and not much water pressure. I had to turn the handle all the way and the water wasn’t as hot as it could be. The hotel is right off the highway which is nice but also loud at times. We stayed more towards the opposite end of the highway and could still hear traffic at night. I’d stay here again but would either ask for a room……

“Some channels on the TV could not get a signal and a lot of them had a picture but no sound. People/kids in the pool until 11:00pm making a lot of noise. And refrigerator starts making a loud whistling sound at 10:00pm, maintenance had to find another one to replace it and brings one that is dirty/dusty.”

“Summertime, in Minnesota, the air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Had to sleep with the windows open to cool the room down. The hallway carpeting had deteriorated, and the door entry lock was broke. Had to use only one door to get in the building.”

“250 dollars for a Saturday night. Ridiculous, they are kinda outdated. I paid for two cabins for two nights. 800 bucks total. Had i known the couch was a hidabed....”

“There is no pool like what was advertised. And no breakfast like what had been stated on the internet when booking.”
