“This beautiful farmhouse was such a comfortable and peaceful getaway for our family group of 8 (7 adults and 1 teen) all visiting from out of state . We played shuffleboard and pool in the game room, watched the sunset from the covered back porch, cooked meals using the well-stocked kitchen and the outside grill, photographed wildflowers in the fields in the back, and slept well in very cozy beds. “Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!”
