"My group had a great time at the property. Kids enjoyed the game room, adults enjoyed the back patio. Feeding the Alpacas was a fun experience. We had an issue or two with the property, but it was very quickly resolved by the owner. I have nothing negative to say about this property."

"We stayed one night to attend The Doobie Brothers concert at Cynthia Woods Pavilion. The tiny garage house was perfect. It sits in a nice neighborhood and has its own private driveway and yard. It was extremely clean and the pictures are exactly as we experienced. We were extremely comfortable. This place could serve you well for a multi day stay."

"This house and property was the cutest little escape only a few minutes from the river. The property is literally a pecan orchard! It's so beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend. Also the hosts were super accommodating especially with this being a last minute booking due to our Galveston trip getting cancelled by the hurricane. 10/10 recommend!"

"It was good for a one night stay. Wish there had been some grass in the yard, but the goats/sheep were funny. My wife loved the woodwork in the kitchen island. It was really pretty. There wasn’t any ice so we had to get some but other than that not to bad. The master bedroom mattress was definitely firm, but the ac worked well. Would stay again if in Vernon because the cheaper motels/hotels are horrible."
