"A great place for a family break. Great location, well-equipped room with a great view from the balcony. There was a great variety of food for breakfast including omelettes and pancakes freshly cooked by the chef. Es Canar is a nice town with excellent beaches nearby (hotel pools too) and a good choice of restaurants. "

"The villa is wonderful. Very secluded and private but not more than 10 minutes drives to the supermarket and a small town with good shopping and several eateries (highly recommend Bella Italia). It was very spacious with plenty of room inside and out, with plentyof parking. The pool is a good size for either pool fun or burning off some calories with a few lengths. We ate outside in the covered dinning / kitchen area morning, noon and night. The garden is plesently stocked with attractive Mediterranean plants. One note is the driveway has some rain water diverters and I think an ordinary car would struggle with ground clearance, we hired a Nissan Qashqi which had no issues. We only had one thing break whilst we were there (things break), the owner was great and had it fixed within 24 hours."

"I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this."

"Property was in a beautiful location with amazing outdoor facilities. The pool and various outdoor spaces are absolutely brilliant. Eveywhere was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time!The owners were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again."

"In summary, a wonderful location thats much cheaper than others nearby but don't expect any luxuries or modern decor, and least of all customer service. Probably the most secluded area on the island which is lovely, but the walls are paper thin! bring ear plugs if you don't want to hear your neighbour's nocturnal activities! The pool area was a fabulous setting on the cliff edge but run down, lots of tiles peeling off which were sharp and tatty and the sunbed mattresses were filthy. We were given no information on restaurant opening times, breakfast provision or options to use any communal areas, there seemed to be some lounge area but not obvious it was open to us. A little customer service would have gone a long way her, perhaps we would have eaten in their restaurant, which is clearly a family run establishment but their screaming rows with each other one afternoon was off-putting! Generally good value, but we were glad it was only 2 nights.."

"Overall, the property is fine. Having an enclosed garden was nice, and being able to go on the roof to sit also. It sleeps 6, which was great, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is no cooker, only a microwave. The apartment wasn’t very clean. Not dirty, just stuff under our feet, cobwebs under the furniture, I would also say it wasn’t very comfortable. It has three chairs, but nowhere to relax like a sofa after being out all day "
