“The home in Jaco Beach was the perfect size for our two families. Our host was friendly and responsive. The pool and beach access was convenient and fun. The only detractor was the “adult” transactions occurring at the end of the driveway/street. It was sad and stressful to walk past any time we left the house.”

“The house is truly immaculate. We had 18 people who stayed and felt like we had plenty of space (there is only bed space for 19 total). The property manager was very communicative and helped us book several of our activities, which was a huge help. They were very accommodating to all of our needs! The only thing future travelers should note is that you really need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up to the house. The driveway is narrow and steep with just two lanes of pavement for the car tires....

“The first impression of this very unique house was pure excitement. Loved the unusual layout and the perfect views from every angle. Lots of opportunities to see the Flora and Fauna that Costa Rica has to offer. Spent a lot of time on the Casita terrace to watch Motmot, Hummingbirds, Butterflies, and even a white faced monkey. As an alert to future residents: If you are dependent on reliable wi-fi, this is not a good location. Personally, I would also like to see a much more upscale pool,...

“Todo me pareció muy bueno, el apartamento con habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada, moderno, limpio, cerca de la playa, piscina. Lo único malo es que el check in es a las 3 pm y el checkout a las 11 am. Cuando lo normal es de que sea de 12 a 2 pm y esto no lo mencionan en la info de la reservación. ”
