“Great for those on a budget and have an early departure. Location is only a few minute taxi ride away. Fantastic check in service. I paid for a private room. Room was clean, shower was big and the Costa Rican style on demand hot water worked great. No restaurant on site, but there is a little corner store next door and Denny’s restaurant is a walkable distance away. There was an outdoor sitting area outside my room, but the users were very polite and left the area around 8:30pm. Interbus……

“The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning.”

“The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. ”
