Upon arrival, the lights were on for us and the host provided a welcome gift of beverages and snacks. The property had some significant damage to walls and electrical issues in the laundry room that the host wasn’t aware of. Because the host isn’t local to the property, the condition from previous guests had not been brought to their attention to repair. Apologies were offered. The yard was quite tall and that was addressed during our stay. The ability to use an amenity as described was not available, but the host made this right with a compensation.
