“A family vacation of 12 people for 5 days. The group included participants from the age of 3 to the age of 70. Everyone found their place. We managed to fall in love with this great lake. For us, the ability to kayak and bathe in the lake every day and in addition to hike in the surrounding mountains made the vacation amazing. Stefano, the owner, was attentive, generous, and helped with everything needed. We will definitely visit again. highly recommend.”

Das einzige Problem, war die etwas dürftig ausgestattete küche, wenn man für 10 Personen kochen möchte oder z.B. Salat machen möchte.

“We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. “An astounding property in a beautiful village. We had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. It has been very hot so the mosquitoes have enjoyed us, but the property provides burners which worked very well and fly nets on all windows and doors. Beautiful welcome basket on arrival a lovely touch. Hosts very helpful and easy to talk to, great communication. Would love to stay again in the future.”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
