Great beach apartment with perfect location

Cute Carpinteria Condo

We were so pleased to find this 2 bedroom gem close to the beach in Carpinteria. The condo was cleam, well appointed, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and pool just a short stroll to the beach. The owner was very responsive to all communication and kindly answered all my questions. We would love to return in the future.

The Best!!!

We have stayed at VRBO's in Carpinteria numerous time and I have to say this is by far the nicest.It is just as described and more. Spacious and clean plus provideing everything one needs. Super close to the beach plus a great pool. Made our annual trip to Carpinteria the best ever!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s place in Carp. You can’t beat the location, and the complex itself was very quiet compared to others nearby, even during the summer. We had a small hiccup with the property, but Paul answered our first phone call and had it all handled within hours very professionally. We will be back!

Great location

The place was perfect for your family. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed. It’s a very cute place. The pool was nice to have right outside our door. Having to only walk a block to the beach was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

Convenient Beach Getaway

Convenient and comfortable

We found the place to be clean, comfortable, well stocked and it had everything we needed for a great family vacation. It was convenient to be right across from the beach and so close to restaurants on Linden. The property manager was very responsive when I asked a question and check in was easy.

Another great visit

We love staying here (our second time) and La Cabana is such a nice complex. So close to the beach, easy walk into town, just perfect all around. And the weather treated us well. This is a roomy 2 bedroom and plenty of space for a family of 5. Very light and airy, very well equipped. We hope to return. Thank you!

Hidden Gem in Carpenteria

We booked the condo so we could visit our friends camping at the state beach. It was perfect. Great location, easy access, clear directions and the place has everything we needed. We will definitely do it again!

Lovely spot

This is a great place for a family stay. It's a very spacious unit, very clean, light and airy. Very quiet complex, only a few steps away from the beach, and walking distance to many of the town shops and restaurants. With an off-street parking spot you might never need to move the car.Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

Fall Break

We absolutely loved this property! We’re hoping we’ll have another tournament here next year so we can stay here again. Very cute place. Super close to the beach. Walking distance to food and shops. The kids loved the pool. The host answered my questions very promptly and was very helpful. We had a great vacation!

Perfect spot in a wonderful place

This apartment was very well taken care of and stocked with everything you could ever need to enjoy your time at the beach. Being right across the street from the beach and having a heated pool made it even more perfect. Top marks on everything! The only complaint is that both beds were very firm, so bring a pillow topper if you like a softer mattress. Would come back again for sure!

Great Place

We stayed here close to a week. We have 2 daughters ages 5 & 7. This place is conveniently located just across from the beach and has everything you need. Pool is literally steps from the unit. Nice clean place and responsive owners. Carpinteria is a nice location if you want a quiet getaway with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Great week here in Carp

We recently stayed at this property for a week while attending a UCSB graduation, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. The location was ideal, allowing us to walk everywhere – from the grocery store and restaurants to trails overlooking the ocean and, most importantly, the beach. At low tide, we enjoyed an incredible 8-mile roundtrip walk on the beach, passing the seal sanctuary when the seals were out to sea.The accommodations were excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with common staples like salt, sugar, and olive oil, which made our stay even more convenient. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and even cooked a few dinners, satisfying our college kid's craving for home-cooked meals. The property’s pool and laundry facilities were also a great bonus and were frequently used. I can't speak to the tv as we didn't turn it on the entire time. Communication with the owner was superb. He was very responsive and even came to assist us when we had trouble with the door keypad.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return if we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

Fabulous

What a fabulous condo and vacation getaway. Every detail covered. Comfortable, clean, bright, modern and quiet. Steps from beach, walked to everything downtown, all within a few short blocks.Farmers market on Thursday, wonderful fresh produce, fruit and local wares. Property manager Amy very quick on responses/communication and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property and location. We'll be back again.

Excellent Property for our kind of vacation!

We are a family of four that has visited Carp almost every year for the past 15. We have family in Santa Barbara. This was our first time at this property and it was great! Great beach access, kitchen with all the necessary "tools", a clean and comfortable place to relax, and great pool and bbq area to spread out. We wouldn't change a thing! Just a few exits on the hwy and you are in Santa Barbara. Our favorite Carp traditions - The Spot, the farmers market, beach sunsets, and breakfast at the Cajun Kitchen! Already looking forward to our next visit.
