“Great stay. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a walkable location. Dedicated parking made it easy. Clean and well done. Would book again.”

“The room was clean. The communication with the host was good. It’s hard to find a good restaurant after 9 pm, midweek. We enjoy the amenities. It’s a cute place on a cute street, we heard a little noise at night in the downstairs unit. And, we believe it’s kind of pricey for a midweek stay.”

“The room was okay. Little disappointed at the need for repairs. A cabinet was off the hinge, the bathroom door was not hung well and stuck when closing. Plates in the cupboard were dirty.”

“Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA. Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself!”

“Got to the hotel to check-in and they insisted I did not have a reservation. I showed my confirmation email but was rudely told by the woman at the desk there was nothing she could do. Oh and hotel check in is across the street at another hotel!!! I did end up getting my refund.”

“We enjoyed staying at Casa Jardin. The communication with the property manager was excellent before arrival and when departing after our stay. The unit was very clean and is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and retail shops (State Street/Funk Zone, etc). We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is that the street traffic is fairly noisy.”

“This place was not only spotless but also very tastefully designed and had everything one needed to feel at home. The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a place to relax and unwind!”

“A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie .
