“Two of my besties and I visited Lagos for the famous beach. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, a bit like the upper middle class neighborhood in California. We stayed at the apartment II with a pool. The rooms in apt II are all on the ground floor and the room is very spacious. The kitchen was simple but well equipped though we didn't use it as only stayed one night.”

“The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.”

“It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in. When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though. It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. I tried to reply their email, it bounced back as it is……

“This was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. It had everything in it & was beautifully decorated.The outside space was lovely with the hot tub.It really was a perfect place to spend the night.”

“Good apartment in a good location. Overall, the apartment itself was nice and we were happy with our stay. The main issue was the check-in process. We tried contacting the property through the Hotels.com app but received no response. The address provided for their office also seemed to be incorrect, and we ended up at an odd parking lot instead. We spent more than 30 minutes trying to reach them before finally getting through and being told that the apartment was ready. When we eventually……

“Don’t rent this property! The owner (Pamela) does not know what she is doing. The checkin process was terrible. I did not get the code and instructions and she could not send it for several hours. The dishwasher does not work and woke me up with incessant beeping at night. They tried to kick me out at 10am even though Expedia clearly said the checkout is at 11am. The property manager João yelled at me saying that I need to get out. They don’t have any sense of customer service at all”
